In my senior year of high school I was given the opportunity to produce a short film to be entered into The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Mid-Atlantic Chapter's Student Production awards. The film focused on our small town and the common saying "there's nothing to do". This film addresses that saying, showing off a number of activities within a 30-45 minute drive from home. I, as editor and producer of the film was nominated for two Emmy Awards in the "General Assignment - Light News" segment.
